Upcoming ICDP & MDP Events

ICDP Strategic Planning Session
Wednesday, March 19th
5:30 pm Social; 6:00 pm Meeting
at Fiesta Charra Eastwood

At the last meeting, members of ICDP reviewed the vision statement, goals, and objectives.

We have received great feedback, and have updated the plan with the ideas. Please use the following link to see the latest version and think about where you can best help us achieve these objectives or recommend to others to get off the sidelines:

At our March 19 meeting we will be moving forward: finalizing plans, assigning tasks to committees, and giving members an opportunity to help move the party into the future.

We have had lot of interest from new people to get involved since January.

If you are willing to make at least 5 phone calls to welcome new people and encourage them to come to this March 19 meeting, please email us at inghamdemparty@ gmail.com

7th District Democratic Committee Meeting
Saturday, March 22
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The first meeting of the 7th Congressional District Democrats post-election. This Zoom meeting will go over initial plans for 2025, ways to get involved, creating committees and caucuses, and approval of our bylaws.

People are already taking actions to hold Tom Barrett accountable. The Democratic HQ page on our website will include actions that members of the 7th Congressional District can take. Currently, we have two: a town hall demand sign-on letter and a form to track communications with his office.
MSU Dems / Ingham Dems Spartan Celebration
Tuesday, April 15
SAVE THE DATE

Please join your fellow Ingham County Democrats and MSU College Democrats and friends for our end of the school year celebration.

Even though we did not like all of the results, we celebrate the work that we did and the work we will do together in 2025-2026. This fundraising event will bring the MSU Democrats and Ingham County Democrats together to strengthen our partnership.

Proceeds will be split 50/50 between the MSU Democrats and Ingham County Democratic Party, whose funds will be critical to maximize our outreach and engagement in 2025-2026.
